Trayectoria

Graduada en Farmacia y Nutrición Humana, he dedicado mi carrera a comprender el cuerpo desde la ciencia y la Psiconeuroinmunología (PNI). En tunutricéutica, combino el rigor científico con una mirada global del ser humano. Entiendo la salud como un equilibrio entre alimentación, gestión del estrés y estilo de vida. Mi objetivo es acompañarte de forma personalizada hacia una transformación duradera y llena de vitalidad.
